YAMAGATA UNIVERSITY CAR CLUB DRIFT TRAINING MEET (PAGE 2)

HONDA CIVIC EG6

at first i thought only FR cars can drift, but the owner of this blue car prooves me wrong.the car is rather simple, and most of its parts are stock parts.only the interior part have some additions.his drifting skills are not only for FF cars but went he tried drifting in the other members FR cars,he did them well.

NISSAN 180SX SR20DET

the only malaysian drift driver for the day.as my housemate,he was the want to drag me to this training session.as a first timer in the arena,i can say,he learns fast.but unlike others, the aftermath of his red car's rear tyres are not badly damage(maybe because he is still a beginner),but i guess its really a waste of tyre(as i am not really into drifting, but just love to see them drift).anyway, just look at the last pic here to compare the effects, before and after.

DAIHATSU MIRA AVANZATO R

the only K car joining the drift for that day,and i do think the only K car in the car club.the interesting about the owner of this car,is that his name is tsuchiya, yeah the same name as the legendary racer from japan.this guy really drives well,i mean, drifts well.the car is really made for drifting,no back seat, everything unnecessary had been trown out from the car.to top things up,the K car is fixed with a roll cage for safety.yeah, before i forget, his drifting is so intense that sometime in the drift session, his car tyre exploded.but this didnt stop him from continuing as he brought extra tyres.

what is jidousha

jidousha means car or vehicle in japanese.it comes from the word "kuruma" that stands alone as one kanji(a type of japanese writing) which means car.when the kanji kuruma is combine with the kanji "ji" and "dou" it changes its sound to "sha"."ji" means automatically or self while "dou" means to move, this brings the whole word to be read out as self moving car.kinda weird for a transelation for a car,but it is understood by all who uses japanese langguage as car/vehicle.

this jidousha blog is created for the pleasure to those who loves cars, wheather they own one or not,as i,myslef am still struggling to buy my own :D.i created it as a twin blog of my own blog, http://kurekuresakti.blogdrive.com(please visit it by clicking the "kurekure inside " logo).i will try to update this blog from time to time, whenever i have the good stuff about cars.i hope u guys will enjoy this blog, and please give some comments and sign in the guess book.

thank you,

kurekuresakti
